Space Inventory Specialist,
In compliance with the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, Facilities Management maintains and updates the University’s space inventory. Data in the space inventory is reviewed and submitted annually to the THECB [Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board] . Information collected through surveys and building walkthroughs by FM [Facilities Management] for the space inventory includes space square footage, space utilization, seat capacities in certain rooms, and departments in a space.
